How long does shipping take?

When you order on workdays before 10:00 PM, it will be shipped the same evening. If you order during the weekend, your package will be shipped on Monday. Depending on how busy the delivery service is, you will usually receive your package the next day (for NL, BE, DE).

For Spain, this takes 3 to 4 working days.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are €4.95 for the Netherlands and €5.95 for Belgium and Germany. For orders over €40, shipping is free.

For Spain, the shipping costs are €8.95 and for orders over €75, shipping is free.

Returning items to LAKKIE Gellak

Have you received your order but are not completely satisfied? You can exercise your right of withdrawal.

1. Registering your return

You have 14 days to cancel your order without giving any reason. This period starts the day after you have received your order.

You can easily register your withdrawal via the 'Withdrawal of order' page. After receipt, we will send you a confirmation by email and further information on how to return your order.

2. Returning products

After you have registered your withdrawal, you have another 14 days to return the products.

Ensure that the products, including any accessories, are returned in their original condition (unused and unopened) and packaging.

Always keep a shipping receipt until your return has been fully processed.

3. Refund

Once the return has been received and checked, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days using the same payment method used to place the order.

Did you choose Klarna? Then the amount will be deducted from your outstanding balance.

Important

  • Return shipping costs are at your own expense.

  • Always include your order number with the return shipment.

  • Returns registered outside the statutory periods can no longer be processed as a withdrawal.
