How long does shipping take?

If you order before 22:00 on weekdays, it will be shipped the same evening. If you order during the weekend, your package will not be shipped until Monday. Depending on the busy delivery service, you will have your package the next day in most cases. (for NL, BE, DE)

For Spain this is 2 to 3 working days.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are €4.95 for the Netherlands, €5.95 for Belgium and Germany. For orders over €40, shipping costs are free.

For Spain the shipping costs are €8.95 and for orders above €75 the shipping costs are free.

Returns

I want to return my order.

Within 14 days after receiving your order, you have the right to cancel your order without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your order. You will receive your full purchase amount back to your account number for the products you want to return.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging.

When will I get my money back?

As soon as LAKKIE has received and checked your order, your money will be refunded to your account number within a few working days.
