How do you use the neon pigment powder?

The neon pigment powder comes in 6 colours as a handy tower. The pots can easily be unscrewed from each other. Prepare your nails as you would for any manicure. You can apply the pigment powder on your hardened base coat layer, over any colour gel polish, but you get the best effect when you have a white base coat. Apply the pigment powder over the sticky layer of gel polish. The neon pigment powder is best applied with a (fluffy) nail art brush or a make-up brush. When you are satisfied with the desired effect, apply another layer of (matte)(milky) top coat.
